LATIN AMERICA CHURCHES
Through Father GOD'S will, through the mind of Jesus Christ, and by the power of the Holy Spirit, we are a Ministry assigned to the poor and homeless in Downtown Houston and 5th Ward in TX, expanding down the coast line to inner cities of Mexico and Latin America.
We minister to the homeless by preaching the Word of God, providing one-on-one counseling, and serving meals with love. We also tend to their basic needs by providing food, water, clothing, and fulfilling other urgent requests.
CHURCH IN THE PARK - CHURCH UNDER THE BRIDGE
We have church services in the morning and evening for a total of 13 times a week:
We guide the homeless to other ministries and missions that provide longer-term Christian discipleship and assistance getting off the streets.
Church Under the Bridge (CUB)
Mon-Sat. 9 pm
Pierce St., between La Branch and Crawford (under the bridge) Directly between St. Joseph Hospital and St Joseph Professional Building.
Sunday 3 pm
Pierce St at Chenevert St. (under the bridge) |
Church In the Park (CIP)
Mon-Sat 9:30 am
McKee St. at Race St. in James Bute Park 5 blocks NE of Minute Maid Park Take Chenevert East and Exit McKee St (near Star of Hope Mens Center) McKee turns left under the bridge and go 2 blocks to James Bute Park on the right side of the street just after Race St. |
